Ask the Expert Interview with Kac Young

I met Kac Young at a memorial for my beloved friend, Jackie Zeman, known for her role as Bobbie Spencer on the ABC soap opera, General Hospital for 45 years. She died soon after her 70th birthday from cancer and was surrounded by her loving family.

Jackie and Kac were close friends for decades and Jackie would give me Kac’s books as gifts because she knew that I would enjoy them. Like Jackie, Kac is active on behalf of animal rights and fostering women’s rights. She is also dedicated to healing humans and animals by creating a long life through holistic healing methods.

As I listened to Kac’s speech at Jackie’s memorial, I felt my heart fill with love and sorrow.  Losing a best friend can be one of life’s most stressful experiences and it can cause a wide range of emotions that maybe difficult to control. I was devastated that I couldn’t see her before she died or say goodbye, but Jackie always wanted Kac & I to connect, and it was her beautiful energy that led me to do this interview with Kac Young about Healing.

As we came to the end of our interview, Kac said that she works with energy to help heal the mind, body, and spirit! And isn’t that what we all want? It’s certainly the reason why I created a course on Self-Healing and a program for Certified Healing Coaches and Healing Professionals. But the driving force for this interview was my friendship with Jackie, who I worked withon Sex Drive, a radio show, lived together in Malibu, we did charity work for disabled children at Ahead With Horses and traveled together to Aspen where we stayed with our fun friend Barbi Benton and to Florida where we stayed with our dear friend Esther Lifshutz.
