Uber Cracks Down On People Having Sex In Their Cars

So many people are using Uber cars as their sex dens that the company had to crack down. Since “sex in public” is a top fantasy for both men and women, Uber found it necessary to mention it in their new community guidelines.

Under “physical contact with riders,” it states “As our community guidelines make clear, you shouldn’t touch or flirt with other people in the car. As a reminder, Uber has a no sex rule. That’s no sexual conduct with riders, no matter what.”

Although I admit it and am guilty of making out in the back seat of a NYC taxi more than once, I would never do the deed back there. A NYC cab driver told me recently that so many people have sex in his cab that he had to post a sign (“PLEASE, NO SEX IN MY CAB; GET A ROOM.”)

A recent study of sex in cars by The Journal of Sex Research found that the thrill of car sex is the fear of getting caught, as cops still bust people for the charge of “public indecency.” It also found that the back seat was the most popular place for doing a little “back seat driving”, followed by the front seat.
