Sexual Resolutions for 2018

It’s that time of the year again to make a list of all of the sexual things you didn’t do last year and the things you want to do this year. Not to generalize or anything, but men seem to want more sex while women want better sex with the person who wants more sex.

Here are some suggestions sexual resolutions for both women and men:

FOR WOMEN:

–Stop focusing on your body imperfections and instead focus on your pleasure. When a man is having sex with you he is focusing on what turns him on, not what doesn’t. “I’m not going to have sex tonight because my stomach looks fat”, said no man ever.

–Be more sexually adventurous. Try something you’ve never tried before, from something simple like a black carnival mask during sex (very effective btw) to trying new sex toys with a partner, to venturing into something “wilder”, like going to a couple’s only swinger sex party where you watch without participating. Go past your sexual comfort zone, but you, not the other person, get to decide what you want to try first.

FOR MEN:

–Learn a new sexual technique. Taking a sex class with your partner is a fun date. (And later in the evening, you can try out what you learned.) Or go alone; its a great way to meet other people learning new sexual techniques.

Fancy sex shops with fancy sex toys like Babeland in Seattle, Good Vibrations in San Francisco, and the Pleasure Chest in New York and Los Angeles have tons of sexy sex classes on how to be a master blowjob giver and how to perform crazy good cunnilingus. Sex education = better sex. Loveology University has online classes you can take in your jammies. Popular  classes included “Erotic Massage”, “The Foreplay Course,” “Pleasuring A Man”, “Pleasuring A Woman,” and “The Big O,” where you can learn how to have orgasms, “bi-gasms,” and “tri-gasms.” Good times.

FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN:

Sexercise. Exercising your “P.C” or pubococcygeal muscles can do wonders, yet most people neglect the hidden muscles down there. By flexing the muscles you use to control the flow of pee, you can strengthen it to make your orgasms more exciting and well, orgasmic.

Start by counting to 10 and then release the squeeze ten times a day, which you can do sitting in a car or standing in line at the grocery store. Nobody has to know you’re secretly sexercising your way to better orgasms. I tried doing this for three months, starting with ten a day and gradually increasing to 100 a day. By the third month, I found that my orgasms were bigger, stronger, and more intense, to the point I had to cut down because I couldn’t take the intensity! So yeah, highly recommended.

Wishing you a happy, resolutely orgasmic New Year!
