New “Smart” Sex Device Is Like Fitbit For Your Penis

Anyone interested in a device that counts the number of thrusts made during sex? Anyone?

A British condom company has concocted a new “smart” device that logs your sex data and sends it to your phone. Using a Nano-chip and sensors, the “i.Con”, which the company calls “the world’s first smart condom ring”, is a stretchy ring thing that fits at the base of a guy’s thing.

“Have you ever wondered how many calories you’re burning during intercourse?” the company, Britishcondoms.uk asks. “How many thrusts? Speed of your thrusts? The duration of your sessions? Frequency? How many different positions you used in the period of a week, month or year? Ever wondered how you stack up to other people from around the world?” Um, I haven’t really, but now that you ask, do people in England thrust more than we do?

The device, available soon and still in the testing stages, is also being developed to detect STI’s. Now that I would be interested in. Imagine getting boned and in the middle of it, the thing goes off and tells you your partner has chlamydia. Talk about boner kill.

“Welcome to the future of wearable technology in the bedroom,” the company says. “Welcome to i.Con. It is extremely comfortable, water resistant and lightweight, you won’t even know it’s there ensuring maximum pleasure and, peace of mind that you can choose any condom you wish to use in conjunction with.”

“All data will be kept anonymous,” they say,  but users will have the option to share their recent data with friends, or, indeed the world. You will be able to anonymously access stats that you can compare with i.Con users worldwide.” Thanks for sharing the velocity of your jackhammer thrusts.

The iCon will retail at £59.99 (about $82.00 U.S.) and will carry a one year warranty. It will be available to purchase on Britishcondoms.uk only initially, and will be available in stores worldwide.

The main features the i.Con will record are:

–  Calories burnt during sexual intercourse

–  Speed of thrusts

–  Total number of thrusts

–  Frequency of sessions

–  Total duration of sessions

–  Average velocity of thrusts

–  Girth measurement

–  Different positions used (currently BETA testing – will have more info in a release coming soon)

–  Average skin temperature

Size wise, i.Con can be adjusted to suit everyone’s girth (from teeny weeny to monster dick) using the band adjustment feature. “The band adjustment will allow you to flex the ring to the correct size for you ensuring maximum comfort,” they promise, so your penis doesn’t accidentally fall off.

“The future of your sex life starts here,” they predict.
